• 1. Customer will get a FREE Pink Membership Card with a single receipt purchase worth Php 500.00.
• 2. Customer shall claim the Pink Membership Card at Etude House boutiques.
• 3. Fill out the Application Form at Etude House Philippines website (www.etudehouse.ph) to activate the Pink Membership Card.
• 4. The customer needs to activate the Pink Membership Card within ten (10) days after the card was issued.
• 5. Lost Pink Membership Card shall NOT be replaced. All rebates in the lost card shall be forfeited.
• 6. The company will not be held responsible for the lost Pink Membership Cards and fraudulent use.
• 7. The Pink Membership Card is transferable.

Rebate System

• 1. Every time you purchase at Etude House boutique, present your Pink Membership Card to earn rebates points. No card, No rebate.
• 2. To earn any rebate points, a customer must make a purchase of at least Php 100.00 in one single receipt.
• 3. Purchase values will be rounded off to the nearest peso amount.
• 4. No earning of rebate points if Rebate System is unavailable.
• 5. The rebate points reflected in Etude House Philippines' record is considered official.

Rebate Conversion

Card holders get 2% rebate for a minimum purchase of at least Php 100.00 in one single receipt, which they can use on. Example: For every purchase of Php 1,000.00, you get Php 20.00 rebate.

Expiry

1. Pink Membership Card is valid for 3 years ONLY.

2. Pink Membership Card holders must maximize the use of their rebate points before their card expires.

3. Pink Membership Card holders that have no purchase for one (1) year will be automatically deactivated.

Other Conditions

• 1. Etude House Philippines reserves the right to deactivate, modify or restrict the Pink Membership Card program or any of the program at any time without prior notice.
• 2. Abuse and/ or breech of the terms and conditions of the program may constitute revocation of membership.
• 3. Should the Etude Pink Membership Program be cancelled, all cardholders with rebate points should redeem within 90 days. All remaining rebates shall be cancelled.
